Saudi Crown Prince backs creation of a Palestine State with international recognition
Mohammed bin Salman, the crown prince and prime minister of Saudi Arabia, reiterated that his country backs the creation of a Palestinian state and its international recognition as a full member of the UN.
The Crown Prince urged the international community to back ceasefire efforts and put an end to Israel’s continuous assault against Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip during his speech at the opening session of the Arab League Summit on Thursday in Manama.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman stated during his summit speech at the 33rd Arab League Council session that his country paid great attention to Arab issues, particularly the Palestine issue.
The Crown Prince stated that Saudi Arabia places a high priority on preserving the security of the Red Sea region and demanded an end to any actions that jeopardise the security of maritime navigation. Additionally, Prince Mohammed bin Salman emphasised that the Kingdom demands that disagreements be settled amicably.
